Jon trained as an aircraft engineer, studying mechanical engineering, electronics and IT, but has spent most of his working life as a professional musician travelling the world playing guitar for various artists.

Jon started AudioTech in 2017 after meeting Martin Brennan, with whom AudioTech enjoys a close association as an authorised Brennan repair centre.

Tracey has spent most of her professional career in customer service, working for some time in the horse racing industry with the Dubai royal family.

Tracey joined AudioTech a number of years ago and has been providing amazing customer support and comedy ever since.
